FAQ 2020-09-17T13:34:43+00:00
Do I need to register myself to use Stampshark 2018-03-02T13:12:58+00:00

No, you can use the service as an anonymous user, however if you do, we can’t back up all of your reward points if you lose, sell or break your phone. That means when you get your new device you start with no cards and no points.

If I register myself to use Stampshark, must I use social media, like Facebook 2018-03-02T13:14:15+00:00

You can use your favourite social media platform, but you don’t have to. Simply register yourself with an email address and create your own password, and when you get a new device, you can log back in and recover all your previous cards and all the points you have earned.

The Vendor has the right to alter their promotions at any time, this is a matter you have to discuss with the Vendor.

We don’t represent the Vendor, that is a matter between the Vendor and their customers.

If I’m anonymous, do you store my cards and points in case I lose my phone? 2018-03-02T13:18:26+00:00

If you select to be anonymous, not even we know who you are. So no, as an anonymous user the points are only saved on your phone, so look after it, or create and account or log in with your social media account to safeguard your points.

Can I be anonymous with some Vendors and not with others? 2018-03-02T13:20:00+00:00

No, you select when you initially set up Stampshark how you want to be treated, anonymous, login with social media or login with your email and own password
